Act to Connect: Using Drama to Build Relationships

Discover the power of play and creativity in Act to Connect, a 4-week drama-based group designed to help adults foster deeper social connections.

Through engaging drama games, writing exercises, and visual arts activities, we’ll:

  • Explore common barriers to connecting with others.

  • Build skills to navigate social relationships with confidence.

  • Examine our relationship with technology and learn how to use it as a tool for connection instead of disconnection.

No acting experience is required—just a willingness to step into a playful, supportive environment. This group is perfect for anyone looking to grow their confidence and enrich their relationships through creative expression. Join us and take the stage in your journey toward a more connected life!

Dates: Tuesdays May 20, 27, June 3, 10

Time: 7-8:30pm

Location: Beverly

Thinking differently.

Our studio is different than a “maker space” in that our focus is squarely on restoring your connection with your mental health.

The Artful Life offers dynamic expressive arts programs, classes and workshops that focus more on being immersed in the creative process and less on being "good at art."

Our team of dedicated mental health counselors leverage evidence-based arts therapy methods to help individuals understand their world.
