    Salem & Beverly, Massachusetts

Are you ready to swap the telehealth screen for a warm and creative in-person community where your passion for mental health can truly shine? The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio is looking for dedicated therapists who want to make a meaningful impact right here on the North Shore.

    Who We Are

The Artful Life is a locally owned, women-led counseling center and studio with a heart-centered, creative approach to mental health care. While many practices are shifting toward large, corporate-run models, we stay rooted in our community, offering personalized care in a welcoming, vibrant environment. We’re more than just a workplace—we’re a group of like-minded clinicians who value collaboration, connection, and the transformative power of creativity in therapy.

    Who We’re Looking For

We’re looking for compassionate, down-to-earth therapists who:

    • Thrive in an in-person setting, building authentic connections in a beautifully designed space filled with private offices and plenty of creative resources.

    • Love being part of a supportive, collaborative team that shares knowledge, celebrates wins, and offers encouragement when things get tough.

    • Feel energized by serving the local community, working with children, teens, and adults navigating life’s challenges.

    • Are trauma-informed and skilled at fostering strong, trusting therapeutic relationships.

    • Align with our mission, vision, and values—bringing creativity and intention to every session.

    • Understand that being a therapist doesn’t always fit into a perfect 9-to-5 schedule but are committed to finding what works best for clients and themselves.

We’re especially excited to connect with therapists who are BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, neurodivergent, or bring diverse perspectives and experiences to our team.

    Why Join Us?

If you’re seeking a team-oriented, locally owned practice where you can be yourself, do meaningful work, and feel truly connected to your colleagues and community, The Artful Life Counseling Center & Studio might be just the place for you.
