  • A typical first session with me involves us getting to know each other, discussing your interests, aspirations, challenges, and setting up therapeutic goals. I typically open up with a playful invitation like an art directive or game- for all ages! I believe that play and creativity invite resilience and are great sources of healing.

  • I pull from a person-centered, strengths-based perspective, often using CBT and DBT techniques with art therapy to encourage individual self-awareness. This approach allows me to support my clients on their healing journey by reconnecting with the body, mind, and spirit, and empowering the development of self-compassion and curiosity.

  • I love singing in my car, so if you see me or hear me - pretend you didn't!

I graduated from the Lesley University Dual Degree Art Therapy Program with my BS in Art Therapy w/ a specialization in holistic psychology, and MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Art Therapy in 2023.
