  • I strive to provide a safe, empathic and relaxed atmosphere where we can get to know one another at whatever pace feels comfortable. The first session is dependent on the unique needs of my client– this can mean a relaxed conversation, engaging in elements of the arts or playing together.

  • My client-centered therapeutic approach aims to bring awareness to underlying feelings, struggles and self-defeating patterns that block one’s growth. Depending on my client’s needs and preferences, I draw from evidence based modalities such as Expressive Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical-Behavioral Therapy, Play Therapy, and Mindfulness, to support clients in enhancing a sense of agency while identifying what they want and how they feel. My background in theater provides me with a unique perspective in understanding the human condition through the arts and integrating human emotion with holistic healing to gain a deeper understanding of the complexities of who we are.

  • The fun fact that usually gets the biggest reaction is that I am the girl in the nightgown running through the field at the beginning of the movie, Hocus Pocus. The actress playing the role was in LA so the production hired a local girl to work as her "photo double". I also performed the role of Christine in the Las Vegas production of Phantom of the Opera, but the 30 seconds of screen time in Hocus Pocus is much more impressive for some reason!

With compassion and understanding, I provide clients with the support they need to navigate life's challenges. My approach focuses on building authentic relationships and helping clients believe in themselves while identifying their strengths. Holding a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and Music Therapy from Lesley University and a bachelor's degree in Music from New York University, I draw upon the therapeutic potential of music to guide clients on a journey toward personal growth and fulfillment.
