  • A first appointment with me will include opportunities for clients to highlight the areas that they would like to address in their therapy and allows for clients to ask questions of the therapist about.

  • My expressive arts training is in dance/movement therapy where I utilize the body as an instrument for healing and growth. DMT practices focus on strengthening the mind-body connection to promote a more integrated lived experience for clients. In session I hold space for the fact that engaging through the body can make us feel vulnerable and exposed. I work to develop safety in the therapeutic relationship and only employ dance/movement therapy interventions when they are the most clinically appropriate to be using. The expressive arts emphasize growing through a relational model and maintaining the therapeutic relationship is the priority throughout the course of therapy.

  • I am terrible at coming up with fun facts about myself, but I did poll the people who know me best and these are their top results:

    • "Dancing Queen"

    • "Reads Pride and Prejudice annually, sometimes twice"

    • "Great train horn impression"

    • "Cannot watch horror movies"

    • "Disney Parks Expert"

    • "realest baddie"

I am a pre-licensed clinician and dance/movement therapist. I graduated with my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in Dance/Movement Therapy from Lesley University in 2020. Since then, I have gained experience working with clients across the lifespan, addressing a variety of mental health needs.

I practice through a person-centered, strengths-based, goal-oriented, and body-neutral lens. My goal is to empower my clients and help them reach their objectives. I incorporate art, movement, and music into my practice in various ways, always striving to find what works best for each individual.
