I approach psychotherapy as a collaborative process, placing emphasis on your innate wisdom and strengths to support internal processes of growth and transformation. In the first session I give the space for you to express your goals and answer all questions whilst reviewing any expectations to support the start of your therapeutic journey.

As a holistically minded clinician, I am conscientious to the intersections of the mind, body and spirit. In my sessions, I might suggest somatic based interventions or mindful creative explorations to get clients out of their heads and into their bodies. I use a wide range of approaches such as mindfulness, expressive arts therapy, and play therapy to help clients express themselves. My practice is informed by somatic and relational modalities including body oriented psychotherapies, internal family systems therapy, person-centered psychotherapy, and intersectional feminism.

I bring to counseling over a decade of experience in the healing arts as an herbalist. I am an avid forager, cook, and gardener, and fully pursue all nature activities!
I am a pre-licensed clinician holding a master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in holistic modalities.
I use a variety of therapeutic approaches, including expressive art therapies, play therapy, mind-body centered practices, and body-oriented techniques. I approach therapy through a person-centered lens, seeing it as a collaborative process. I have experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, particularly those who need support in connecting with their bodies, their innate wisdom, and exploring their identities.
As a counselor, I bring my diverse experiences in the creative and healing arts to my practice. As an artist and an herbalist, I incorporate eco-spiritual and ancestral practices into my work. In my spare time, I enjoy foraging, gardening, and spending time in nature.
