    Client Care Manager

Hello, my name is Amelia Napolitano and I am the Client Care Manager here at The Artful Life! In my professional work I enjoy working with our clients to ensure that they are set up with counseling services and in my personal life I enjoy being in nature, creating art, and spending time with loved ones.

As Client Care Manager I handle a variety of admin responsibilities at The Artful Life including, supporting clinicians with their caseloads and filling their new client openings, managing and improving the practice’s client experience and ensuring client satisfaction, managing incoming referrals, inquiries, and concerns from our clients, communicating basic information regarding insurance and billing.

I used to be a clinician here at The Artful Life and then decided to take on this new role to help our clients and the company at large!

    Elisa Letts (She/Her)

    Office Manager

As Office Manager for the Artful Life Center, I work to make sure both of our locations run smoothly by overseeing administrative support and making sure everything is in order. My responsibilities include maintaining a healthy workplace atmosphere while supporting clinicians, other staff members, and clients with any needs they may have. I also assist the Artful Life billing team with addressing clients' billing questions and concerns.

I integrate my passion for art and mental health healing into my role to create an inviting community for staff and clients. With burnout being so high in our field I work hard to make sure our team members are supported. It's important to me that clients who visit our practice feel safe and heard as well.

I feel most creative when in a space where i am safe and do not feel judged.

  • Carla Forte

    Carla Forte (She/Her)

    Client Care Assistant

My name is Carla I am the Client Care Assistant at the Artful Life. Basically, I am a helper to the helpers(clinicians) and clients. I assist Amelia and work with Grace managing our waiting list and processing intake packets. I am the BIGGEST fan of how the arts can be used for healing and often tell people that I am the "want to be" expressive arts therapist here! My time away from work is filled with offering community art workshops and one-on-one sessions as an artist and energy healer.

I couldn't ask for a better place to be, where art materials and caring folks are always around! Typically, though, you will hear from me by text, email, or phone. Or you will hear me singing a random song or laughing in the hallways.

My Italian great grandparents were going to go on the Titanic from but my great grandmother refused.

  • Grace Bell (She/Her)

    Office Assistant

I am a graduate of the University of New Hampshire, and I have a degree in Communication and in Women's and Gender Studies. At The Artful Life, I work in the Client Care and Admin departments, ensuring that clients have a smooth transition into counseling. I assist the Client Care team with billing, paperwork, and client communications. In the Admin department, I work alongside the Office Manager to stock art supplies for clinicians and to make sure that the studios are organized and running smoothly.

I interact with clients via email, phone, and occasionally in the office. I monitor the Info email inbox and the Artful Life main phone line, and I will often be the first one to reply to client questions that I receive there. If I cannot answer a question, I will forward the email or voicemail to someone who can!

One of my favorite art forms is collage!

    Ann Weaver (She/Her)

    Human Resources Manager

I have a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Spanish from Wheaton College and a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The George Washington University. After some time spent counseling youth and then teaching at the college level, I transitioned into Human Resources and spent 30 years in an HR leadership position in healthcare. I have been with ALC for 3 years and provide assistance to the co-owners in all HR matters: compensation, benefits, employee policies, compliance, recruitment and retention, and building a workplace culture.

I mostly interact with staff but since my office is right off the waiting room in Salem, I frequently see clients & family members and try to help them if they have questions.

I grew up on the North Shore but lived in Southern Massachusetts, Washington, DC, Virginia, Connecticut, Arkansas and Maine. I learned a lot about each state, their similarities and differences from one other. But the biggest culture shock was my time spent in a small town in Arkansas!
