Ania Gruca (she/her/hers)

Ania is a pre-licensed clinician holding a masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling with a specialization in holistic modalities.

Ania uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including expressive art therapies, play therapy, mind-body centered practices and body-oriented techniques. She approaches therapy through a person-centered lens and sees therapy as a collaborative process. She has experience working with children, adolescents, and adults, especially those who are in need of support connecting with their body, their innate wisdom, and exploring their identity.

As a counselor, Ania brings her diverse experiences in the creative and healing arts. As an artist and an herbalist, she incorporates eco-spiritual and ancestral practices in her work. In her spare time she enjoys foraging, gardening, and spending time in nature.
