Mary Welch, MA

Mary is an LMHC eligible art therapist with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Visual Art Therapy from Lesley University. In the past, she has worked with clients of many different ages, backgrounds, and diagnoses.

Mary enjoys working with clients from a systemic feminist and trauma-informed point of view and much of her work focuses on mind-body connection, exploration of relational attachment patterns, and the role of the community and community context on the development of one’s perspective. Her work focuses primarily on healing the self-relationship and often utilizes internal family systems and trauma-informed mindfulness-based work as well.
